WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT or NEED SPARE PARTS
In the unfortunate event that the product you purchased from us develops a fault or you need a spare part covered by the manufacturers warranty, you will need to do the following:
If you have purchased an electrical product (eg; electric shower, power shower or pump) and it develops a fault please DO NOT remove it unless instructed otherwise by the respective manufacturer.
Contact the respective manufacturer either by email or telephone (see details below) with a brief description of your fault or problem and they will advise you on the next appropriate course of action to resolve your issue.
If you need a spare part for a product you may find it useful to visit the respective manufacturers website where you can quite often find schematic drawings and breakdowns of spares available for all products.
In most cases you will need to provide proof of purchase, usually your invoice. If you cannot locate your invoice please email customerservice@tapstore.com stating your name, address with full post code, the product purchased and approximate date of purchase and we will email a copy of your invoice.
