Clearwater Levant tap - not pull out spout version. Soe descriptions say it has a fixed spout others that it has a swivel spout - which is it? Thanks in advance for your reply

This tap has a slim air cascade with an adjustable tilting plate (SSR) for directional control, and Smart Lime Cleaning (SLC) technology for quick and easy maintenance of the spout. The tap itself also swivels from the base.
