If you purchased this tap from us it may be under warranty, in which case we may be able to get replacements for you. If you did not purchase through us, you could try Sagittarius directly or we may be able to source for you but there would be a charge.

No, this tap does not have a pull-down nozzle and you are not able to fit one. A similar alternative would be SKU code: KIR30BN
