Hello,
I purchased the Aquila 3 Lever Mixer And Cold Filter Tap
Chrome from you in September 2022 on order number 300168585.
We love the tap but recently it has started dripping when it shouldn't. When you run the hot or cold tap, the water filter outlet has started dripping while the other tap is running. And vice versa, when using the water filter tap to fill a glass, the main water tap outlet drips.
My understanding is that these two outlets are entirely independent and this should not happen. It has only started doing this over the last couple of months. I just checked on your website for warranty and I see this tap has a 5 year warranty on parts. How does this work? Can the tap be fixed?

You will be sent a pair of Aquila inner spout O-rings which should remedy the issue along with instructions on how to fit them.

This tap comes with three separate connections for the water. If you wish to use your own water filter system you can do this by purchasing an adaptor. If you let us know what size tubing you have we could ask the manufacturer to send an adaptor with the tap. If you have a braded hose, then they will not be able to provide an adaptor. The tap comes with a filter so the price will not differ if the filter is not wanted.

I wish to replace my existing Carron Phoenix 150 [970x 500] in Champagne colour on a like for like basis. It appears to be no longer available other than in Coffee . which is not the same. I note that the Debut 100 is available in champagne. Are you able to suggest a 1.5 sink in champagne colour?
