Does the lever arm only rotate forwards to change the temperature? It suggests from the diagram that it rotates from vertical 100 degrees towards the sink rather than rotating rearward?

The handle tilts forwards (towards the sink) from cold to hot and away from the tap for flow.

Hi, No the spout is a male 1/2 "bsp thread, so you would need a female thread in the wall.

Hi, No Sprung hoses are not the same as pullout hoses, they are literally a flexible spout that does not extend by pulling out.
