If the tap was purchased through ourselves and is still under warranty, we can see if we can get you spare parts under warranty. If not, you should be able to remove the handles using an allen key on the little grub screws underneath the handles.

Cold tap lever has developed a lot of play 200 deg, instead of 90 deg for the hot top. Can't see how the grub screw is tighted to correct this. Thanks

The Pulsar uses a handle bush, which allows the handle to be positioned optimally. However, if this becomes loose, it can allow the handle to rotate beyond its intended operating range.
I would advise you to locate the 2.5 mm Allen grub screw at the base of the handle, loosen it, reposition the handle correctly, and then re-tighten the screw.

Does this tap have a flexible pull-out nozzle - the description suggests it does but the pictures do not show this. Also, how does the sensor activation work? Thanks

The AML10 Amelio is a pull-out tap. The hose has a 30cm extension from the docked position. To operate: Move the handle to the desired temperature and flow position. Once set, wave in front of the sensor and the water will flow for approximately 3 minutes. The water flow can be stopped at any time by waving in front of the sensor again.
The handle’s primary function is to control temperature and flow; it must be in the ‘open’ position for the sensor function to operate.

Yes this is a brushed copper finish. You should only clean with a clean damp cloth and not use any product on it which might affect the finish of the tap.

Franke do have a strainer bowl that will fit that particular sink. 112.0461.942 will not fit either unfortunately.

In most cases a belfast sink would take a WRPAB waste. We would need to know the thickness of the sink and the size of the waste?
