Hello,
I purchased the Aquila 3 Lever Mixer And Cold Filter Tap
Chrome from you in September 2022 on order number 300168585.

We love the tap but recently it has started dripping when it shouldn't. When you run the hot or cold tap, the water filter outlet has started dripping while the other tap is running. And vice versa, when using the water filter tap to fill a glass, the main water tap outlet drips.

My understanding is that these two outlets are entirely independent and this should not happen. It has only started doing this over the last couple of months. I just checked on your website for warranty and I see this tap has a 5 year warranty on parts. How does this work? Can the tap be fixed?
