Hello. We bought one of these cartridges elsewhere and now find that it doesn't fit. There was no warning of this unlike here on your website. We're told we need a new filter Head replacement. Do you stock these please? Many thanks

Morning, if a filter is purchased originally with ourselves, we would be able to organise a replacement head from our suppliers. If you contact the supplier you purchased the filter through, they should be able to organise this for you.
