Gravity system which is pump assisted

This type of system is very common and technically it is a high pressure system so it will work with most bathroom and kitchen taps and also most showers.

The benifits of this type of system is that because you are storing your hot water you can decide what pressure and flow you want by simply choosing the correct pump for the job.

Care needs to be taken in choosing the right products that work with pumped systems, positive head pumps require a flow of water to activate the pump, usually around 1 liter per minute for each side of the pump.
